  • Drohung eines Verurteilten gegen Zeugen oder Opfer

    Wer wegen einer bestimmten schweren Straftat verurteilt wurde und einem Zeugen oder Opfer dieser Tat vorsätzlich und böswillig eine ernstzunehmende Drohung mit Gewalt gegen ihn oder seine nächsten Angehörigen übermittelt, macht sich strafbar. Bei erneuter Verurteilung wegen einer Drohung gegen Leben oder Gesundheit dieser Personen sind die Strafen hintereinander zu vollstrecken.

  • Vergeltung gegen Zeugen, Opfer oder Hinweisgeber

    Wer gegen einen Zeugen, ein Opfer oder eine andere Person Gewalt anwendet oder androht oder deren Eigentum wegnimmt, beschädigt oder zerstört, weil diese Person der Polizei oder der Staatsanwaltschaft Unterstützung oder Informationen gegeben hat, macht sich strafbar.
