  • Autoraub (Carjacking)

    Autoraub ist die widerrechtliche Wegnahme eines Kraftfahrzeugs, das sich im Besitz eines anderen befindet, unmittelbar von dessen Person oder aus seiner unmittelbaren Gegenwart, gegen seinen Willen und mit Gewalt oder Drohung.
